Kanayo Chukwunenye Okoye is a legal practitioner.
He brings a wealth of industry experience to bear on complex transactions ranging from Real Estate to capital markets, business consolidations, equity offerings, high yield and other bonds, broker-dealer transactions, derivatives investment funds and sovereign listings.
He sits as the Chairman of Coral Cape Residences Investment Limited which is one of the most reliable real estate company in Nigeria.

Ladi Chinwe Ochugboju
Ladi Chinwe Ochugboju, attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria for her undergraduate law degree.
She has an enduring tradition of combining academic excellence and skills development opportunities.
She was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister in 2007, and have been in active legal practice since.
She works on a wide range of exacting briefs, including property and land briefs, that require the application of in- depth knowledge, vigorous analytical skills and persuasive presentation thereof.
She is in charge of Corporate Affairs, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, media, and the public.
She is known for developing and implementing corporate communication strategies and public relations efforts.
Her years of experience have enabled her to manage the company’s reputation and address potential crises.
She coordinates and implements Corporate Social Responsibilities initiatives whilst developing and implementing policies and engaging in advocacy efforts to influence public opinion and government regulations.
She is one who ensures that the company adequately carries out compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Obiajulum Afor
Obiajulum Afor is a lawyer and a business professional with wealth of experience in the real estate industry as well as corporate law practice. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. She holds a Masters in Law degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
She is dynamic, energetic and purposeful entrepreneur with great passion for excellence. She is an outstanding sales strategist and an astute sales coach with a powerful team of over 60 members.
As a seasoned business developer, and sales and marketing strategist, she helps individuals, families and organizations in Nigeria and in the diaspora own/invest in lands and houses in Nigeria. She sees real estate not as a vehicle for self-enrichment but adding value to humanity.
She is currently the Manager of Coral Cape Investment Limited.
Festus Osaebu
Festus Osaebu is a graduate of Statistics from the University of PortHarcourt, Rivers State.
He is the operations manager. He is a result-oriented leader with a proven track record of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving business growth. He is adept at managing teams, budgets, and projects, ensuring seamless operations and achieving organizational goals.
